Pure silver HDMI cable
1.For better projection and lossless visual quality, Pure silver conductor which has the highest electric conductivity in the all metals is employed for its main signal conductor.
2.Flat structure makes the length and the distance of each wire even up compared to regular round structure cable. It attenuates timing errors of signals, cross-talk, and signal losses caused by unequal length of each wire.
3.Furthermore, the flat cable are tend not to produce deformation inside cable caused by bending and also tend not to generate transmission loss caused by hi-frequency noise by jitter.
4.The separated shielding structure is employed for noise protection. It affects to prevent external noise contaminations and attenuate mutual interference among wires.
5.For its insulator, the low-dielectric form polyethylene which has excellent flexibility and strength.
6.The connector shell is made by not a general pressing but pressure die casting in order to solve the problem of resonance on the joint surface.
7. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze an plated by 50μ24K gold plating in order to prevent signal loss by aging degradation or contact resistance. This enhances durability and stability of transmission property of HD-PSW.
8.Infrared reflow soldering method is employed for stable quality control of connection part. It attenuates margins of impedance and latency between signals and ensures stable signal path.
