RCA/BNC 75Ω coaxial cable for all digital transmission
In the music production studio, the importance of digital connection, S/PDIF and WORDCLOCK is still widely recognized among producers and sound engineers. In addition, along with the evolution of digital DJ system, the coaxial cables can be the main connection between pioneer CDJ and Digital mixers.
AS-808 series are designed for professional equipments such as an Audio I/O, a CDJ, a Clock generator, a D/A converter, a Digital recorder, a Digital console, a Digital DJ mixer and other Visual Equipments.
Due to the fact that we applied PCOCC-A pure copper for the central conductor and special structure which actualizes conditions close to the air insulation, they accurately transmit digital sound signals and digital clock signals attenuating resistive and dielectric losses. And the accurately set 75ohm coaxial structure minimizes jitter losses and clock errors for avoiding noise generation and other troubles.
FEATURES
●The central conductor,φ1.0 single wire, is made of PCOCC-A which has no grain boundary among crystals so that there is less impurities and loss of signal transmission.●Between the central conductor and polyethylene tube, we applied air chamber which contributes to prevent dielectric loss caused by an insulator.
●We employed double shielding structure which is composed of copper foil shield (100% shielding ratio) and PCOCC-A braided shield (90% shielding ratio).
●The center pin of RCA plug is tube structure for maximize its surface for the signal transmission. And it is plated by 24K gold to prevent the corrosion of the contact.
For accurate impedance matching, the BNC plug is made of Delrin and brass which has high rigidity. For the inner insulator of both models, we applied low-dielectric FEP in order to minimize the loss of signal transmission.
