●High-performance conductors and power line reinforcement
SCI-04 uses thick-wall silver-plated high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors, which reduce the skin effect during high-speed data transmission and enhance overall signal efficiency. Additionally, the power line is reinforced to AWG21, improving power stability for bus-powered devices and software-dependent systems.
●Complete noise suppression
The signal path features an ultra-thin coaxial structure with triple shielding—tinned copper braid, aluminum mylar tape, and copper mylar tape—offering exceptional noise immunity. Compared to standard USB4 cables that use twisted pairs, this design reduces conducted noise by approximately 25%. As a result, it effectively prevents interference from radiated noise and ensures stable transmission performance.
● Superior connector design
The The USB Type-C connector is made of Corson alloy, known for its excellent elasticity and electrical conductivity. This high-reliability connector features enhanced durability for repeated insertion and removal, as well as improved transmission efficiency.
Additionally, the aluminum housing—engraved with the NEO logo—and PVC resin construction suppress resonance frequencies and control micro-vibrations at the terminal.
Inside the connector, a combination of the aluminum housing and a shell shield provides full 360-degree noise protection at the cable junction, delivering enhanced shielding performance all the way to the cable’s end.
In digital transmission, connector precision is critical for suppressing signal reflection and noise. The USB4 standard, which includes a total of 15 cores, ensures impedance matching by minimizing contact loss through a fully automated, state-of-the-art soldering process.
●Durable construction
SCI-04” is made of a high quality, exclusive TPE sheath material with little risk of hydrolysis. It offers high durability and flexibility, and provides excellent performance even over long periods of use.
Although there is a proportional relationship between cable outer diameter and performance, the SCI-04 was designed to strike a balance between ease of handling and durability. The cable outer diameter is 5.3 mm, which is a thicker design that was designed with professional use in mind, and is the result of careful consideration of the balance between convenience, durability, and transmission performance.

The cable color is “Matte Black”. This is in consideration of the increasing number of sites where the cable color of equipment is restricted on conceptual stages. On the other hand, visibility of cables is also important during setup and operations such as on-stage setup and recovery. Therefore, a “gold anodized” visual accent has been added to the connector covers to enhance the sense of quality and visibility.

USB4 is compatible with any USB Type-C interface. It is compatible with Thunderbolt3, which has become the standard in professional recording environments, and of course supports cascading connections. Compact and convenient Type-C connector. Because of its small size and portability, ensuring durability is essential. SCI-04” is manufactured under thorough quality control, and only products that have passed strict tests are shipped.
In addition to tests for insertion/extraction durability, bending durability, and load durability under actual usage conditions, SCI-04 is also subjected to the TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) test, which is a characteristic impedance test, as well as environmental tests of cable condition and electrical characteristics after being installed in high and low temperature environments with a height difference of 80°C or more for 48 hours or more. In addition, the cables are subjected to a humidity of 80% or more and UV irradiation tests.
●Diverse lineup
A total of four cable lengths from 0.7m to 2.5m are available. The SCI-04 0.7m cable supports a maximum transfer rate of 40 Gbps, while the 1.2m, 1.8m, and 2.5m cables support a maximum transfer rate of 20 Gbps.
In addition, the transmission distance has been successfully extended to 2.5m by raising the noise resistance performance. This allows for greater flexibility in equipment placement while maintaining high quality.
